"In May 2009, I, along with my wife, attended your screening clinic in Pembina, ND. When my testing was completed, the technologist pointed out that I had a fairly large polyp detected in my gallbladder. I was given a copy of the ultrasound images to take to my doctor. Over the course of the year, between visits to my regular doctor and a specialist it was determined that I should have the polyp removed. I have just received the results and it was determined that this polyp was "pre-cancerous" and because of an early detection it progressed no further. I am truly grateful to you and your staff and the program you offer. I probably owe my life to you. Thank you so much!"

"My wife and I had the mobile screening done while returning from a road trip to the US. A very interesting experience, done in our hotel room. Very good staff conducting the testing with clear explanations of the process and apparent results. It was well worth the money."

"I am very glad to have had the screenings done. The staff was very professional – actually I was early by ½ hour and I was looked after immediately. I feel that all of the screenings are of a good value. It gave me peace of mind to know that these screenings were sent to me in a timely manner so that I could show them to my doctor. He was very receptive and agreed with me that this was a much quicker method than waiting months for an appointment."

"The results were very informative about the concerns that I had and it pin-pointed my problem. The screening was done in a very professional and caring manner – the technologist had a lot of patience and is perfect for the job. I would hope that others make use of this service as it’s nice to know where a problem may be before it hits. I would use this service again."

"I had heard from friends and neighbours about Mobile Life Screening tests "across the border" and decided to participate in this program since this is not readily available in Winnipeg. I had suspected a problem with circulation and thought that to put my mind at ease I should take the three suggested tests. However, the technologist had found a slight abnormality in my thyroid. Since this was not part of the three tests and was not a serious situation at that time, he did, however suggest that I mention this to my family physician. Having done this, my physician is now keeping a close eye on this problem. I have recommended Mobile Life Screening to many of my friends and family and I plan to return for further testing in the future. The staff are highly trained using state-of-the-art equipment and are highly professional in the manner in which they treat their patients."

"In March, 2009, my husband and I made the short trip across the border to the Bellingham Quality Inn for our appointments with MobileLife Screening. We had to be back home for another event so we were hoping that the procedure would not take too long. We were not disappointed. Everything went ahead on time and every procedure was explained to us and carried out efficiently. We received our results promptly within a few weeks and were relieved to know that everything was normal for both of us! This was a real relief for me, since my father had an abdominal aneurism that was discovered only by accident. Another reason that I was happy to get my results was that I try to be pro-active about my health and fitness. I'm going to repeat the screening at periodic intervals. I doubt that we would have had access to such quick and professional service if it weren't for this company. Thank you, Mobile Life Screening!"

"In March of 2009, my wife and I both had screenings performed, with the results thankfully indicating that we were in good health. It provided us both with a documented analysis of our well being that we otherwise would not have obtained in Manitoba, hence our trip to Mobile Screening in Pembina, ND. We found the staff to be very professional in guiding us through the painless screening process, answering all our questions patiently and kindly. The results were mailed to us quickly which we were able to understand. We took the results to our family physician who was impressed with the fact that we had had the screenings performed providing him with a clear indicator of our cardiovascular health. We will repeat the screening again in a year or so, and will certainly have no difficulty in referring family and friends to Mobile Life Screening."

"When the screening procedure became available, we made an appointment and had it done since we had often wondered about the health of our arteries. Total time was about thirty minutes. The staff were courteous and explained the procedures to us. They also did a screening of our thyroid gland. The technologist discovered a small nodule on my thyroid and suggested that further testing was necessary. The results came in the mail about ten days later. We shared these results with our doctor. A biopsy on the thyroid showed that the growth was benign. We have peace of mind that our arteries and thyroid are fine. This motivates us to eat healthy foods and maintain an active life style. Our doctor has suggested that we do a repeat screening possibly in two years to see if there are any changes."

"Both my wife and I had the screening done in the Fall of 2009 in Kelowna, BC. We were both glad we had the screening if for no other reason that it put our minds at rest about some potential medical problems. We figured we received good value for the cost and the staff were very professional and knowledgable. We did recommend to friends that they should have a screening and they did follow up with one. In addition to all of this our doctor was very much in favor of the screening and he holds the results in his office files."

"I attended a Mobile Life Screening Clinic two years ago because stroke runs in my family. While my sister was visiting from BC that summer I suggested that it may be wise for her to go as well, which she did. The technologist found two nodules on the left side of her thyroid and told her to see her doctor as soon as she returned home. She did that and had a biopsy done which told her these nodules were malignant so she had surgery to remove the left side of her thyroid. Last year I attended a Mobile Life Screening again and was told I had a nodule on my thyroid. When I informed my doctor, she had an ultrasound done and I am having a follow up one in June. Keep up the excellent work."

"After my wife had a full screening, I decided to have a cardio screening myself a short time later. It was a very pleasant experience carried out professionally but not impersonally and, as a result, my physician has made a slight change in my medication. We would highly recommend that anyone take advantage of the screenings, if only to reassure themselves that either everything is fine or, if not, to least warn of anything which may be of concern."

"I was advised to contact my doctor as the screening showed a potentially dangerous aneurysm. I was scheduled for surgery and had the aneurysm repaired. I have since recovered from the surgery and would advise everyone to take these tests. I was impressed with the technologist who even called to make certain that I had consulted with my doctor."

"My wife and I were told about your screening services by a friend and we decided to come to one of your screenings in Bellingham. I have a history of heart problems and always try to keep up to date on my condition. Our screening results proved good except for a slight narrowing of my carotid arteries. I took my results to our family doctor and he has since set up further screening for me at our local hospital. He was also impressed with your program and the reasonable price offered. Being retired and on a fixed pension, we must watch all our expenses. I feel we made the right choice and were very happy with your services and professionalism."

"The screening detected a complete blockage in the carotid artery on the left side of my neck. Thereafter, I saw a vascular surgeon at the hospital and after running more tests it was confirmed that the artery was blocked. I certainly would recommend any friend or relative to have the screenings done by you, in fact we have done just that. Several of our friends have already gone down to Pembina,ND to have the screenings done."

"My wife and I were 15 - 20 min. late for our appointment coming from Vancouver. It was the last appointment of the day for you but you waited for us and we appreciated that. During the carotid artery screening, the technician incidentally found a 2.5 cm nodule on my right thyroid gland. Back in BC, I followed up with my doctor, had a thyroid biopsy and the specialist's recommendation was to remove the right lobe of the thyroid. In February 2009 I had the operation at a local hospital and it was successful. The pathology later had shown that the nodule was benign. I guess I was lucky. Again, thank you very much for waiting and your technician's attention."

"My mother died of an abdominal aneurysm so I was happy to have my small abdominal aneurysm detected which will now be monitored. I am very grateful for your help in diagnosing my aneurysm."

"Shortly after I received your report (which indicated a small abdominal aortic aneurysm) I went to see my physician. He was very positive in his response which is to continue with regular screenings to monitor any changes. He is pleased to be in the position of being able to be prepared in case of any necessary intervention in the future. In the meantime, I have told others of this experience and your organization. I describe it as "bad news that is really good news"; i.e., although finding out I have an abdominal aortic aneurysm is bad news, it is good news to find out about it and therefore be in the position of being able to do something about it. Without your screening, that would not have been possible."

"My experience was excellent. They detected an abdominal aneurysm which is something that otherwise would not have been found. I would participate in this screening anytime. It was the best decision I could have made and would recommend these screenings to everyone."

"I had an enjoyable experience at the screening. The staff (technicians & nurse) were friendly and professional in their approach and during the tests. I feel it was a good decision to participate. When I presented your findings to my family physician, he immediately followed up with more tests. I am now being following with ultrasound at 6 month intervals and have been referred to a vascular surgeon to monitor the situation in case surgical intervention is necessary. I feel the screening was helpful in managing my overall healthcare and it was well worth the cost to me."
